Temporary Online Access to Records

The Laramie County Clerk's Office has come up with solutions for customers who are no longer able to access records in our office, due to protocols established to limit spread of the COVID-19 virus.

1. Historical Records Access (pre 1986):  We have worked out an agreement with ArcaSearch to provide temporary online access to our historical records (1868 to 1985) by subscription.  These records were previously only available in our office.  For a fee of $60 per user, the subscriber is provided with unlimited views, searches and print capability through September 30, 2020.   Sign up here. (Note: Mortgage records are not available.)

You will be notified when your account has been set up.

2. Fee & limits lowered for Day Pass Access to indexes and images of recorded documents from 10/25/1985 to current on iDoc Market:  The day pass has been reduced to $1 with unlimited searches, views and prints.  Visit:

Recorded Documents

All real property records, such as deeds, mortgages, releases, and covenants, are placed on permanent record.

Our office also records notary bonds and military discharge papers upon request. All records except military discharge papers are available to the public for a nominal fee.

Laramie County offers eRecording through Simplifile, CSC, ePN and Indecomm. Click here for Laramie County eRecording standards.
